INGREDIENTS:
1 package of pasta
1 package of mushrooms - chopped
3 tablespoons truffle oil
3 garlic cloves - minced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese + more for topping
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
Cook pasta according to the package, strain and set aside.
Preheat a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Add truffle oil and mushrooms. Saute mushrooms and add garlic.
Add heavy cream & parmesan cheese
Place pasta in a bowl and top with the sauce
Add parmesan cheese on top - if desired!
