1 cup unsalted butter - softened (two sticks)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups mini chocolate chips
2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl with a hand mixer or stand mixer, mix together all ingredients.
Scoop into a bowl and serve! Or roll individual edible cookie dough bites and place into a container into the fridge, and eat whenever!
Notes:
-add other toppings if desired. White chocolate chips, nuts etc.
