1 package of Baby Bellas
1 bag frozen spinach - thawed or 1 package of fresh spinach
8 oz. cream cheese - softened
1 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (save a little to top the mushrooms with)
1 garlic clove - minced
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
Cook spinach in a pan until cooked and small.
Add in cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic into a standing mixer and mix until combined.
Place mushroom caps on a baking sheet and fill mushrooms with mixture.
Sprinkle Panko over the tops, and extra parmesan if you have some!
Bake for 15 minutes and serve immedetialy.
