Stuffed Mushrooms

PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES

  • 1 package of Baby Bellas

  • 1 bag frozen spinach - thawed or 1 package of fresh spinach

  • 8 oz. cream cheese - softened

  • 1 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (save a little to top the mushrooms with)

  • 1 garlic clove - minced

  • 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil

  2. Cook spinach in a pan until cooked and small.

  3. Add in cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic into a standing mixer and mix until combined.

  4. Place mushroom caps on a baking sheet and fill mushrooms with mixture.

  5. Sprinkle Panko over the tops, and extra parmesan if you have some!

  6. Bake for 15 minutes and serve immedetialy.
