Sesame Garlic Noodles

INGREDIENTS:
1 package of rice noodles (or ramen noodles!)
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic - minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Green onions
Instructions
Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic, and stir constantly for 2 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the soy sauce, and brown sugar.
Add the sauce to the noodles and stir.
Garnish with green onions - if desired.
Notes:
- Add a protein (we used shrimp)!
- Add a veggie too (we used snow peas).
