Sesame Garlic Noodles

PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package of rice noodles (or ramen noodles!)

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic - minced

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

  • Green onions


Instructions

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat sesame oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic, and stir constantly for 2 minutes.

  4. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the soy sauce, and brown sugar.

  5. Add the sauce to the noodles and stir.

  6. Garnish with green onions - if desired.


Notes:

- Add a protein (we used shrimp)!

- Add a veggie too (we used snow peas).
