INGREDIENTS:
Brownies:
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
Peanut butter swirl:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Brownies:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Spray a 9-inch square pan.
Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl.
Mix both sugars, chocolate chips into bowl.
Add the eggs, vanilla, and cocoa. Mix until well combined.
Add the flour and mix carefully, but don't overmix.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Peanut butter swirl:
In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients until smooth.
Drop spoonfuls on top of the brownies, then swirl with a knife.
Top with chocolate chips, and then pop in the oven for 30 minutes!
