INGREDIENTS:
1 - 2lbs of shrimp
1 cup rice
1 can pineapples
1 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon fresh garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Put shrimp in the marinade and in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour (or even over night).
Place shrimp in a pan (or on the grill) over medium heat. Cook on each side, turning several times and brushing shrimp with marinade after each turn. Cook until crispy!
In a separate pan (or on the grill) cook pineapple until it's cooked, add a little sauce to make it more flavorful.
Serve with rice.
Notes:
- Exchange shrimp for chicken or other protein.
